About Rose

Rose is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with 10 years of NHS experience and 3 years in private practice. Since qualifying in 2016, she has built extensive experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, treating a wide range of conditions from acute injuries to long-standing pain.

Rose has a special interest in running injuries, tendon problems and lower limb stress fractures. She is passionate about helping athletes understand their injuries, improve their strength and biomechanics, and return to sport safely and confidently. Her approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles to support rehab, improve performance and reduce the risk of future injury.

As a competitive runner racing from 5 km to half marathon, Rose knows the demands of training and competing first hand. Her personal bests include an 18-minute 5 km, a 37-minute 10 km and a 1:22 half marathon.
