Rehab on the gym floor

  1. 1

    Movement assessment

We look at the lifts and movements that hurt, from snatches and thrusters to pull-ups and double-unders.

  2. 2

    Objective testing

Range and strength measured so we can track every step back to full training.

  3. 3

    Modified training

We help you scale workouts so you keep training while the injury recovers.

  4. 4

    Injury to performance

As you recover, the focus moves from your injury to your performance, so you return to the gym and competition floor ready.
