Our approach

Pain-free isn't the finish line

All Things Physio was founded in 2016. Our philosophy is to make the principles of high-level sports rehab accessible to everyone, whether you're 8 or 80, a recreational runner, a gym-goer or coming back from surgery.

You don't need to be sporty to benefit from a sports physio approach. We tailor it to you and the demands of your life.

  1. Two phases of rehab

First we get you out of pain and moving well. Then we get you ready for real life, from gardening and lifting the grandchildren to a marathon or a new personal best.

  2. Measured, not guessed

Goniometers, our Functional Mat and handheld dynamometers show whether you're actually moving better and getting stronger, not just feeling better.

  3. Rehab in real gyms

Two fully equipped gyms let us load you progressively, bridging the gap between injured and genuinely ready for work, sport or everyday life.

Patient stories

What our patients say

In their own words, from our Google reviews.

He talks you through exactly what's going on, then sets out a clear plan to condition and strengthen. His sports therapy training really shows as he doesn't just treat the problem in front of him, but he makes sure it doesn't come back.

Masaō AshtineGoogle review

Unlike other physios I've seen in the past, with Andreas you know exactly how you are progressing as he measures, eg, the lack of strength in a muscle or lack of mobility in a joint.

Mark RobsonGoogle review

I have worked with both Andreas and more recently Glenn on knee, back and shoulder injuries. The team are excellent. I walked away confident and with a rehabilitation plan to get me back to working out pain free.
